We offer Appraisal and Feasibility reports. These are designed to sit outside the Planning System. They are tools for our clients to share with their teams. Helping to inform and to promote informed discussion of risk and opportunity.
If a site progresses then we can incorporate their results into assessments needed for the Planning Application stage. However, with projects that may not progress, such assessments can be a useful tool to helping to decide if something should go ahead.
These come in a range of formats. Some clients find it useful to visit a site and walk it with a group of specialists. We can fit in with this and summarise the main points noted in site via email. Alternatively, we can conduct a solo appraisal of easily available sources and then use these to assess potential and risk for site.
